We started this business in late 1990s indirectly by default in order to support our healthcare business to open up various satellite clinics in suburbs of Detroit. 

In that process, we realized that there is a tremendous opportunity if we leverage the equities and open up various facilities to help community and government to serve "living" needs of businesses, residents and animals.  This would be win-win-win as it can allow us to purchase bigger and better properties & further redevelop them for potential growth of the properties to others and still continue to make city better better for all. 

We are fortunate and blessed that we have significant exposure of Real Estate development of multi story buildings / investment through our parent from Mumbai India.
