This is a function that generates revenue and produces the income for every property we own.  We currently have developed online marketing plans to facilitate this functions.

There are number of brokers who we affiliate with to develop this network whiich furhter enhances our sales and leasing activities.  Our success depends on having a very low inventory of rentable space.  Our rent structure is very affordable to market it better.  We also understand the value of flexibility in leasing offering our tenants option for gross or triple net leases. 

As we build our REIT portfolio, we expect increase in revenue through our these programs.  Alternatively, we off load some of the properties if it does not match our long term strategies.
